COMPLAINTS :

No complaint will be accepted unless it has been reported to the local representative at the time that it happened. All cruise itineraries, rates and ships may subject to change by each cruise company without prior notice.

RATES :

All rates are subject to change without notice due to increases imposed by hotel and tour / cruise operator, currency fluctuation and fuel surcharges.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT :

A non-refundable deposit of 100 Euro per person, per package, or full payment if cost of service is less than 100 Euro, is required within (7) days from booking to secure reservation. If deposit is not received on time, the reservation will be automatically canceled. Balance of payment is due (30) days prior to arrival. Bookings received less than (30) days prior to arrival must be accompanied by full payment.

CHANGES / REVISIONS :

Once deposit money has been received a charge of 40 Euro will be imposed for any change / revision.

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS :

All cancellations requests must be by fax or e-mail, and are in effect (24) hours after the date they reach our office. In the event cancellation of a booking is requested less then (30) days prior to arrival, the cancellation fees will be charge according to the following schedule.

No refund for unused services, or for schedules or reservation changes made without prior authorization. While on tour, for any changes to service booked, participant must contact directly the local representing Agent in Greece.

TOURS & SIGHTSEEING :

Tours include air-conditioned motor coaches and are guided by professionally licensed English, French and Spanish speaking guides. All sightseeing tours and shore excursion not included in Price includes are optional.

TRAVEL INSURANCE :

Protect your investment. Insurance to cover cancellation charges, trip interruption, etc., is highly recommended, and is available through your Professional Greek Travel Agent.

RESPONSIBILITY :

Our company called the Discount Hotels, and/or its representatives act only as agents between you and local land/tour operators, hotel, cruise and transportation companies in Greece and any other related travel company associated with the booking made through the Tour operator.
The responsibility of the Discount Hotels operator and/or its representatives is limited. The Discount Hotels operator and/or its representatives will not accept any responsibility in the event of the weather condition, strikes, damages, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defection any vehicle used for transportation, or the fault or default of any local land/tour operator, hotel, cruise and transportation companies and any other related travel company including their employees associated with the booking made through the Tout operator.
The Discount Hotels and/or its representatives are not responsible for any consular, political, or military complications created voluntarily, or involuntarily b y the passenger or by any other person, or reason. By booking any tour, hotel, cruise, transportation, vehicle, package, flight and/or any related service, you acknowledge that in any event, the Discount Hotels shall not be liable for any consequential damages, and that the sole extent of the Tour operator's liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the passenger. Any disputes that may arise from the sale and use of said programs and/or other related services, must be negotiated and settled in the city, county and country of the booking Tour operator.
The Discount Hotels reserves the right to decline acceptance of any person for a tour, and to change or cancel the tours, if necessary, for any reason.
The airline tickets shall, when issued, constitute the sole contract between the passenger and the airline. The airline is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event when the passenger is not on board of its aircraft. Any payment received will represent your acceptance of the above stated condition.
